Something that can be used to help identify your feelings and needs, and help you communicate them. The blank "cards" are there so you can write in your own words as needed. Can be used as a show and point when speaking is hard, or as a prompt to help find the words. Save to your phone/device and keep a digital version or print it and cut it out for a physical tool. I printed and cut mine out and then laminated each "card" and put it on a keychain. Feel free to use however it works for you!
